We supply gases to our customers across Finland from our own warehouse located in Tuusula. In production and product development work, the availability of laboratory and specialty gases must be seamless. Gas mixtures

All mixtures are prepared using precise and cost-effective methods. Production complies with the ISO 6141 standard, which ensures traceability back to the original filling data, such as cylinder numbers, manufacturing details, the weight of each individual gas component, and analytical data from chromatography and spectroscopy. The production quality management system complies with the ISO 9000 standard.

Gas mixtures can be used for purposes including:

Analysis

• Helium/Hydrogen mixture (60/40) 
• Synthetic air 
• Argon/Methane (90/10), (95/5)

Emission measurement

• Air emission measurements — pure gases and mixtures, ppb mixtures; nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulphur compounds (SO2), hydrocarbons (CnHm), BTX compounds 
• Multi-component emission measurements — pure gases and mixtures for carbon compounds (CO, CO2), NOx, SO2, HCl, HF, metals and VOCs 
• Exhaust gas emission measurements — pure gases and mixtures for CO, CO2, C3H8, NO

Satisfied users of 300 bar ICP plasma cylinders

Argon is used as a shielding gas in ICP plasmas. Although plasma technology has advanced, gas consumption is often high enough that cylinders need to be changed frequently, creating extra work for those responsible for cylinder changes and possibly requiring more cylinders in the system. 

We have many satisfied customers who have switched to 300 bar argon cylinders. Physically the same size as 200 bar cylinders, they hold around 50% more gas, offering benefits such as: 

• Less residual gas 
• Better gas utilization (fewer cylinder changes, less purging) 
• Lower risk of impurities entering the system 
• Smaller cylinder inventory 
• Fewer cylinder handling operations 
• Lower injury risk

Electronic gases for demanding applications
