With over 30 years of solid experience, we know exactly what is required from piping system components, cleanliness and tightness to keep gas purity and properties as intended from source to point of use. Our installation team’s welding and operator qualifications are updated regularly, and our annual training program ensures up-to-date knowledge of our equipment.
Completed pipelines are pressure tested, leak tested, and projects are documented appropriately. Pipelines are also X-rayed when required. Depending on the customer’s requirements, we provide material certificates and welding/testing reports for the piping and its installation.

Our installation operations meet the requirements of the ISO 3834-2: 2005 standard and are certified by Kiwa Inspecta Oy.
Calibration gas system for the University of Vaasa
Suomen Teknohaus implemented a calibration gas system for the energy laboratory of the University of Vaasa.
A separate gas container was also built for Vaasa, featuring, among other things, a Gas Center operating on the battery cylinder principle.

Orbital welding
We use orbital welding for welding special gas pipelines. Our orbital welding equipment is serviced and calibrated annually. All of our installers hold both manual and orbital welding qualifications. On request, a welding data report can be recorded for every weld.
Welded special systems
We also manufacture demanding welding and installation work according to customer designs, including process piping for the electronics industry, sampling vessels for the petrochemical industry, and measurement chambers for nuclear power plants.
Dockweiler tubing
The Dockweiler tubing we import is manufactured for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries, biotechnology, analytics and all high-tech industries. The tubing is delivered tested, capped and individually packaged according to quality requirements. It is excellently suited for automated welding. Minimum delivery length is 6 metres.
Special gas installation and gases for demanding needs
We supply the quantity of specialty and laboratory gases you need. Our specialty gases are delivered directly from our own warehouse in Tuusula, Finland, enabling fast and reliable deliveries. Read more about specialty gases.

Maintenance
We service all specialty gas systems. Periodic inspections verify the system’s functionality and tightness, ensuring processes run reliably without interruption. On request, we can create a tailored maintenance agreement to carry out a regular service program. Our maintenance contract customers can be confident in their gas piping’s functionality throughout its service life.
We also carry out maintenance, testing and repairs on all high-purity gas pipelines.
Maintaining gas purity as a pipeline ages requires periodic testing of the system. Any leaks in the system both reduce gas purity and increase costs through higher gas consumption. Even a small leak causes air to be drawn into the pipeline. We recommend periodic inspection for all gas pipelines, in which the pipeline is pressurized with helium to detect even the smallest leaks.
Repairs to damaged gas equipment are generally carried out by replacing the faulty unit with a new one. Gas centers or other expensive components can, if the customer prefers, be repaired by the manufacturer.
